We want you to feel confident trying ReplyAI. Every paid plan is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If ReplyAI isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase — no hoops, no lengthy forms.

1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a Pro or Agency license and decide within 30 days that ReplyAI isn’t working for you, we’ll refund your payment in full. This applies to your first purchase of each plan. You don’t need to explain why — though we always appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

2. How to Request a Refund

There are two easy ways to start a refund:

• Reply to your purchase email. When you bought ReplyAI through Gumroad, you received a receipt email. Simply reply to it and ask for a refund — it’s already linked to your order.
• Use our contact page. Visit /contact and send us a message.

To help us locate your order quickly, please include the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Gumroad order number or license key.

3. Refund Processing Time

We review and approve eligible refund requests within 1 business day. Once approved, the refund is issued through Gumroad, our payment processor. The funds typically appear back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. What Happens After a Refund

When a refund is processed, the associated license key is deactivated and the account reverts to the free tier (5 email generations per day). Any emails you already generated remain yours to use — we don’t claw back delivered output.

5. Exceptions

The guarantee covers genuine, good-faith use. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, generating an unusually high volume of emails and then immediately requesting a refund, or repeated purchase-and-refund cycles. If you opened a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us first; we can almost always resolve it faster directly.
