Why We Built This

Most cold emails never get a reply. Not because the product is bad, but because the email reads like a template — generic opener, a paragraph about the sender, a vague ask. People can smell it in two seconds, and they archive it.

We kept watching good businesses send outreach that went nowhere. The tools available either spat out the same robotic templates or handed you a blank box and a generic AI that didn’t understand cold outreach at all. So we built the thing we wanted: a generator that treats “did it get a reply?” as the only metric that matters.

Our Goal

Anyone can generate an email. Our goal is to generate the email that gets answered. Everything in ReplyAI — the structure, the hook, the way we strip out AI-sounding filler — is tuned for reply probability, not word count. We’d rather give you three tight sentences that land than three polished paragraphs that get ignored.
